MDM Execution Manager. As such responsible for the delivery of MDM projects and
programs within Philips globally.

PCE and DAP with SAP Netweaver based components.

In the current position as P-BAS SL Basis Manager responsible
for all SAP Basis and SAP Security & Authorization aspects within P-BAS.
The team supports various Philips Product Divisions and so-called Corporate
Functions (cFinance, cPurchasing
and cHRM). In practice this means that we have
installed, configured, tuned and support 65 different SAP instances. Next to
various R3, CRM, SRM system landscapes we have the whole SAP software stack
active (SEM, BW, XI, MDM, Solution Manager, Portal, etc..)
Massive SAP environment: 22TB storage, 7*24 hrs in 3 timezones,
outsourcing, India offshoring, +/-
15.000 named users, +/-300 clients, 65 SAP instances, huge amount of
interfacing and messaging, SOX compliancy and almost every SAP component is
used. Team focus is mainly on projects and third line support and not on
systems management. Other team activities are software configuration mgt,
software life cycle mgt and partnering with the Data Center Architects and
project managers.
